So-Min Kang is a German photographer of South Korean descent, residing in Portland, Oregon, since 2016. With a background in photo design from Lette Verein in Berlin, she found true joy in artistic portraiture and photojournalistic photography. So-Min’s talent has garnered recognition, including a nomination for the Hansel-Mieth-Preis and continuous editorial engagements. Beyond photography, she’s a passionate ceramicist (@sominceramics) and shares her life with her husband, violinist Tomas Cotik, and their daughter Yuni in the heart of SE Portland.
